Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Phoenix, AZ 85004 Start Date: September 16 Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $19/hour Schedule Options:
- Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (7:30 AM–4:00 PM outside of daylight savings)
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (9:30 AM–6:00 PM outside of daylight savings) Work Arrangement:
- Onsite for at least 120 days post-training
- Hybrid eligibility after assessment (3 days remote, 2 days in office) Interview Process:
- Interviews scheduled between August 21 and September 4
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced, high-volume call center. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries and complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience through empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Assist customers with registration, login issues, and navigating digital portals
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate service/product information
- Document customer interactions using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues
- Process forms, applications, and service requests
- Support reporting and process improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Background in healthcare or pharmacy services
- Experience with benefit investigations, prior authorizations, or technical support
- Bilingual fluency (e.g., Spanish-English)
- Ability to handle sensitive customer interactions with empathy and discretion
