About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality or food service environment.

• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift or carry heavy items safely.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with a commitment to maintaining a groomed and professional appearance.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and making recommendations when appropriate.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages or discrepancies.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions while lifting and carrying heavy items as needed.
