We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Compensation:$40,000 - $48,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
- Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
- Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
- Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
- Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell
- Arrange showing instructions and feedback from agents/buyers, and schedule open houses on the MLS
- Acting as liaison between our agents, clients, and photographers throughout the pre-listing portion of the transaction
- Acquire necessary signatures for each listing agreement, seller disclosures, and other required documentation to upload to our files for compliance purposes
- Maintaining ADRE files and the production, coordination, and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of the listing so that deadlines are met
- Performing administrative and clerical duties, including setting photography appointments
- College experience preferred but not required to apply
- Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
- Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
- Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
- Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
- Transaction Coordination Experience (required)
- Arizona Licensed Agent (required)
- Residential Real Estate Experience (a plus)
- Strong Communication & Organizational Skills
