Data Engineer - Chandler, AZ

Worldwide Professional Solutions is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Data Engineer to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ in the Phoenix Area to support software development projects for large-scale manufacturing construction projects.

The Data Engineer leads data architecture and integration efforts across WWPS analytics platforms. This senior role drives the design of scalable pipelines, ensuring efficient, secure, and accurate data delivery for enterprise reporting and BI.

The ideal candidate will currently reside locally in the Phoenix, Arizona area and be available for onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect robust data pipelines to support analytics across multiple systems.
• Oversee the implementation of data standards, security, and governance.
• Mentor junior engineers and advise BI teams on best practices for data transformation.
• Lead integration projects that unify field data, project systems, and custom apps.

Qualifications:

• 6-10+ years in senior data engineering or analytics architecture roles.
• Expert-level knowledge in SQL, Data Factory, and enterprise ETL.
• Proven track record designing scalable, reliable data solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing Microsoft Fabric at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Azure security, governance, and architecture patterns.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years in senior data engineering or analytics architecture roles.
