PROGRESSIVE PAITING – NOW HIRING APPOINTMENT SETTERS IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA

About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners. Your job is to reach out, build rapport, and schedule home painting consultations for our sales team.

This is a people-focused role where you’ll represent a trusted local brand known for delivering high-quality painting, stucco repair, and exterior finishes designed for Arizona homes.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with Phoenix-area homeowners to introduce our services.
• Set up appointments for our project estimators.
• Represent Progressive Painting with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and maintain relationships.
• Work closely with the sales teams to ensure smooth hand-offs.
• Company vehicle provided

Compensation Snapshot

We believe in rewarding effort and results:

• Weekly Base Pay – guaranteed for consistent attendance with a small weekly set minimum.
• Per Sit-Down Payout – $50 per qualified appointment when the appointment is not closed by a closer.
• Signed-Deal Payouts – $150 per signed contract
• Performance Tiers –
  • Full pay: requires a minimum of 3 appointments set per week and a completion rate of at least 65%.
  • Half pay: applies when completion rate is 50% to less than 65%.
  • Zero pay: applies when sit-down rate is less than 50%.
• Activity Bonus – up to $500 in a strong week based on total sets and quality.
• Saturday Shifts – some Saturdays required (minimum of 2 per month), 6 – 8 hours per day.

• Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus — but not required (we provide training).
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
