What you'll do- Prepare payroll reports for clients upon request
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
- Process E-Verify for client new hires
- Assist the implementation team with gathering new client data
- Support the payroll specialist team with client requests
- Send Power of Attorney forms to new clients for e-signature
- Process auto-run payrolls and manage print room operations
- Package and ship payroll reports, checks, and labor law posters
- Schedule courier pick-ups and manage end-of-day mail drop-off
- Assist with year-end processes including W-2/1099 printing and shipping
- Manage office supplies
