Brand Drivers is seeking an Event Coordinator to help plan and execute our nationwide charity toy drive - bringing communities together and making a real difference!

What You’ll Do:
• Plan, organize, and coordinate charity and community events across the country
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and local organizations to ensure success
• Manage logistics, timelines, and on-site details for smooth event execution
• Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive in-office team

Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: In-office position (small, collaborative environment)
• Training: Hands-on training provided - no event experience required!

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Detail-driven and reliable - able to juggle multiple projects
• Prior event coordination, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
