Picture your day starting in a clean, well-equipped shop at 5:00 am. You review a detailed blueprint, choose your tooling, and set up a manual lathe with the kind of care that only years on the floor can teach. By mid-morning, you’ve moved to the mill, holding tight tolerances and checking critical dimensions. After lunch, you partner with Engineering to fine-tune a fixture, then verify every feature against GD&T callouts before handing off a flawless component to Quality. That’s a typical morning in our Gilbert facility—where your skill is the difference between good and world‑class.

Where you’ll work

Address: 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5:00 am – 1:30 pm)

Compensation & Benefits: $25–$35 per hour (DOE) plus PTO, 401(k), and Health, Vision, and Dental coverage

Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)

What you’ll do

• Translate blueprints and technical drawings into precision parts on manual lathes, mills, and grinders
• Perform complete setups and machining, achieving close tolerances using proven manual techniques
• Inspect components meticulously to ensure every dimension and finish meets specification
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Tooling to solve problems and enhance processes
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient work area

What you bring

• 7+ years of hands-on manual machining across toolmaking, fixturing, and production
• Expert blueprint reading and interpretation
• Strong command of GD&T and machine capability/tolerances
• Self-directed with a cooperative, team-first approach
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Uncompromising commitment to accuracy and quality
