**General Laborer** **Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking six dedicated general laborers to assist with remediation work on a solar site near Arlington, AZ. This project will involve following the site lead's instructions to hand rake the site. The position requires working 40 hours a week for a 3-4 week duration. Steel-toed boots are necessary, while all other tools will be provided. **Responsibilities** + Assist in remediation work by hand raking the site. + Follow instructions from the site lead accurately. + Ensure consistent attendance and reliability throughout the project. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor, solar, and construction work. + Ability to work outdoors for extended periods. + Capable of being on feet for 8+ hours a day. + Strong ability to follow detailed instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior outdoor work experience is highly valued. + Commitment to perfect attendance during the assignment. **Why Work Here?** Join a project that offers hands-on experience in the solar industry, contributing to sustainable energy solutions.
