We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administrator - WMS & ERP Support to support our warehouse technology, daily IT operations, and growing cloud-based ERP environment. This role will support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanning devices, printers, and end-user technology while helping drive improvements in business systems and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems on the warehouse floor as much as they do work with systems, infrastructure, and enterprise applications. Experience with WMS environments is important, and experience or interest in learning cloud ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse technology.
• Support barcode scanners, handheld devices, warehouse workstations, and label printers.
• Troubleshoot issues related to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across office and warehouse environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across business systems.
• Assist with support and configuration of cloud-based ERP systems.
• Work with operations teams to improve system workflows and warehouse efficiency.
• Document processes and assist with user training on warehouse and ERP systems.
• Assist with IT infrastructure, security policies, and system monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse technology.
• Experience with barcode scanners, label printers, and mobile warehouse devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and operational teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with cloud ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Experience with barcode scanners, mobile warehouse devices, and label printers.
• Familiarity with inventory, fulfillment, and warehouse processes.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or similar business platforms.
• Basic networking knowledge including Wi-Fi switches, and TCP/IP.
