What You'll Do:

• Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components using hand tools and production equipment.
• Perform wiring, component installation, and mechanical assembly according to technical specifications.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions to complete production tasks accurately.
• Operate automated and manual production equipment as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Communicate with team members regarding production status, issues, and task completion.
• Escalate equipment, quality, or process concerns to supervisors for resolution.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in electronic assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.

What Sets You Apart:

• Associate Degree.
• Microscope experience
• Experience in handling small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).
• Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office
• Close attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Teamwork-oriented.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
• Patience.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift arms to shoulder height to load the tool
• Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is needed as will be working with glass products
