Summary
Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on troubleshooting complex electronic systems down to the bare component level? We are looking for an experienced technical specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the repair, overhaul, and testing of aircraft electronic devices and legacy electro-mechanical systems. If you are the kind of technician who can look at a complex schematic, trace a signal across a board, and know exactly what every resistor and capacitor along the way is supposed to do, we want you on our team!
Physical Demands
- Duties are performed in a dynamic manufacturing environment with standard exposure to machinery, ambient noise, and varying temperatures.
- Requires precise manual dexterity, strong hand/eye coordination, and periods of sustained visual focus for detailed soldering and documentation work.
- Tasks may occasionally require light to heavy physical effort, including moving materials and lifting objects, all conducted within strict Health and Safety guidelines
Typical Experience
- 5 to 10 years of relevant technical or manufacturing experience.
- Specifically requires 4+ years of experience in advanced, component-level troubleshooting.
Typical Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) OR equivalent hands-on work experience.
