Job Summary:

This role is a fast-paced operations support position responsible for coordinating trash collection services for customers. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails gather all necessary service details and accurately dispatch jobs using multiple software systems. The role requires strong communication skills active listening and the ability to build rapport with both customers and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take a high volume of calls and email from customers requesting trash collections
• Retrieve all necessary information needed to dispatch jobs
• Manage relationships with internal team members to efficiently schedule and bid jobs
• Enter data into various software systems
• Manage relationships with waste haulers
• Coordinate jobs with third-party vendors
• Schedule jobs and reroute drivers
• Assist with quotes and billing

Qualifications:

• Experience taking a high volume of calls
• Outstanding active listening skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Bonus if fluent in Spanish
• Sound judgment and critical thinking
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer literacy; ability to use various software systems at once
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• High school diploma
