Accounts Payable Clerk

KE&G Construction, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This role is essential in supporting our financial operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with loading vendor invoices into our ERP system Vista Viewpoint
• Submit processed invoices for approval to job to requisitioner
• Assist with following up on approvals for month-end close
• Understand the different divisions under scope for the Company
• Full training provided by the Accounting Department
• Other general accounting duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with high volume of invoices
• 2+ years’ experience in AP department
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with larger ERP systems such as SAP, Vista, Oracle, other
• Be a team player and support your Accounting Manager and AP Supervisor

Full time– in office
Some overtime may be required for end of month accounting close.
