Mechanical Assembler
Responsibilities
- You are assembling gas fireplaces and burner systems.
- Assemble gas valves & fittings to burners in a proper and professional manner
- Demonstrate mechanical thinking when building gas valves and ignition systems, understanding how the customer will use the product.
- Test fire gas valve system to confirm proper installation.
- Manage open orders & back orders, getting orders shipped in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory with restocking shelves and keeping aisles clean and clear
- Go the extra mile when preparing customer orders
- Assist with special projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Mechanical in thinking - and skills with various hand and power tools
- High school diploma or GED
