Call Center Representative

Do you have 1 year of RECENT Call Center Experience? Are you completely comfortable with $18/hr on a WEEKLY basis? Are you able to work 1st shift Monday through Friday? Pay:$18/hr WEEKLY Note: This position is ONSITE in Phoenix, AZ (85034) Shifts: 1st shift Monday through Friday 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm(depending on client need) Qualifications: -Must have a HS diploma or GED -1 year of RECENT call center experience -Computer literate -Verbal and written communication skills -Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
-Interact with customers via telephone to provide information
-Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services -Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
-Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
-Maintain the highest level of customer service
