Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist for an on-site opportunity in Phoenix, AZ . The Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing blood draws, ensuring specimen integrity, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with general medical support as needed. Phlebotomist – Phoenix, AZ (18-Week Contract)

Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | Contract Length: 18 Weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and blood collection using sterile techniques and appropriate equipment.
• Verify patient identity and ensure accurate sample labeling and documentation.
• Maintain specimen quality and follow all lab handling protocols.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and patient care.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent phlebotomy experience (within the last 3 years) .
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (preferred).
• Proficient in medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
