Fidelity Warranty Services is hiring experienced automotive professionals to join our Mechanical Claims team. If you’re a skilled mechanic looking for a change of pace, this is your chance to apply your technical expertise in a comfortable office setting—without the grease.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate mechanical claims using your automotive knowledge
• Communicate with dealerships and vehicle owners to resolve claims
• Guide customers through the claims process with empathy and clarity
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems
• Collaborate with a team that values integrity and excellence

✅ What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on automotive/mechanical experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and claims systems
• ASE certification and bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• High school diploma or GED required

📍 Work Environment:

• Training: 2 weeks onsite in Phoenix
• After Training: Fully remote
• Schedule: M–F (8–5 or 9–6), occasional Saturdays (8–3)
• Requirements: Quiet home workspace & high-speed internet

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
