Working closely with the Store Manager, you will contribute to meeting or surpassing sales targets, upholding exceptional customer service standards, assisting with inventory management, and motivating a team of dedicated, customer-oriented associates. Your collaborative and supportive approach will be key to maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the store. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Assistance: Help oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Sales Support: Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, and contribute to analyzing sales data for growth opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Assist in guiding, coaching, and developing the store team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Customer Service Focus: Maintain excellent customer service standards, handling customer queries and issues with professionalism.
• Inventory Oversight: Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and organizing.
• Merchandising and Presentation: Collaborate in ensuring the store's visual appeal and adherence to brand standards.
• Administrative Support: Assist with budget management and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Profile Requirements/Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting a team and store operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in using retail management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
