We are seeking an experienced Paver and Hardscape Installer to lead a busy hardscape company’s crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing interlocking pavers and stack walls, along with reliable transportation and communication capabilities. This leadership role involves managing a medium-sized team on residential and commercial projects within the local area. The position offers steady hours with paid holidays and sick pay.
Responsibilities
- Install interlocking pavers and construct stack walls
- Manage and lead a crew of 4-7 members
- Prepare job sites and operate necessary equipment
- Handle materials efficiently and safely
- Utilize heavy machinery, hand tools, and measuring devices
- Ensure project quality and adherence to schedules
- Coordinate locally based residential and commercial projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in hardscape installation
- Proven experience running and managing a crew
- Reliable transportation and phone service
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years specifically in hardscape installation
