As an associate, you’ll be the face of the brand, delivering warm customer interactions, preparing high-quality shakes, and guiding guests toward the right nutrition products. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring focus, flexibility, and a passion for health. The ideal candidate is hungry to grow, open to coaching, and committed to maintaining a clean, professional environment that reflects our brand standards. Details include:
* Provide warm, positive, and energetic customer service, greeting every guest
and engaging in a professional, fitness-minded manner.
* Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a health-focused mindset.
* Support customers in finding supplements, vitamins, and products while ensuring a smooth flow for those ordering shakes or other items.
* Maintain cleanliness across all areas: behind the counter, customer spaces, prep areas, and product shelves.
* Accurately stock and rotate inventory, following brand standards for display and organization.
* Handle the pace and pressure of a high-traffic environment with composure and focus.
* Adapt to flexible scheduling needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak business hours.
* Multitask effectively between customer interactions, shake preparation, and product sales.
* Demonstrate eagerness to learn, accept coaching, and apply feedback to grow with the business.
