Orion Allied Healthcare is seeking experienced Wound Care Registered Nurses (RNs)for a travel assignment in Fort Defiance, AZ. This is a great opportunity to provide critical care in a supportive environment while enjoying the lifestyle of Arizona.

- Shift: Days
- Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to critically ill patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and condition management
- Ensure compliance with Wound Care protocols and hospital safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Wound Care RN experience
- Active RN license
- Strong critical care skills and ability to perform in high-acuity settings
