Director of Music

St. Mark the Evangelist in Oro Valley, Arizona has an opening for a full-time Director of Music, supported by a full-time Associate Director. Nestled in Oro Valley a family-friendly city with 360 degrees of mountain views, sunshine and a moderate climate and rainfall similar to San Diego. Our church is a growing community, with 2,500 in regular weekly attendance. Our facility is ten years old with perfect acoustics for choral music. We are looking for someone with:

• Strong choral conducting skills
• At least five years of experience with Catholic Liturgy
• Ability to lead with compassion and organization
• Possessing vocal and keyboard skills
• Able to collaborate with full time Associate Director and Accompanists
