ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a passive clinical role.
As a Wellness Transformation Consultant, you are the bridge between our medical team and our patients. You will guide people through their health journey, educate them on options, and confidently help them enroll in the programs that best support their goals.
You’ll spend your day:
Building rapport
Asking powerful questions
Presenting solutions
Overcoming objections
Closing memberships and packages
Following up and nurturing relationships

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct in-person and virtual wellness consultations
- Educate patients on:
Medical weight loss options
Membership programs
Body sculpting, IV therapy, peptides, and wellness services
Confidently recommend programs based on patient goals and readiness
Close memberships and packages with integrity and enthusiasm
Follow up with leads, past patients, and current members
Track consult outcomes, conversions, and revenue
Partner closely with nurse practitioners and clinical staff
Create an exceptional, trust-based patient experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Background in med-spa, wellness, fitness, IV therapy, aesthetics, or healthcare sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to close sales or enroll clients
Comfort discussing pricing, programs, and next steps
Organized, follow-up oriented, and self-motivated
Medical Assistant, CNA, or healthcare background is a plus — but NOT required
(Sales mindset matters more than clinical credentials.)
