Project Manager - Contract - Tucson, AZ

Lead the planning and execution that powers breakthrough Companion Diagnostics from concept to care.

Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager to support Companion Diagnostics (CDx) product development and care activities. This position requires a proactive approach to integrated planning and quality implementation across all project phases.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee project structures, manage communication, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in project management processes and tools.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans with clear dependencies and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario planning.
• Experience in managing budgets and ensuring cost control.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
• Familiarity with milestone review processes and continuous quality improvement practices.

The Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans, including dependencies, resources, and budgets.
• Manage project risk, critical path analysis, scenario creation, and budget planning.
• Drive project execution by overseeing milestone reviews, capacity reviews, and other key processes.
• Lead improvement initiatives and foster continuous improvement within project teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and share knowledge to enhance team efficiency.
