Accounts Payable Specialist POST NUMBER: 150991

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a growing organization in the East Valley to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential, offering up to $32 per hour. Responsibilities Perform vendor statement reconciliations and clear outstanding aged items Investigate and resolve vendor account discrepancies, including pricing, quantity, and purchase order issues Troubleshoot invoice processing and system-related issues within SAP Partner with Procurement, Receiving, and internal departments to identify and resolve root causes Review and validate GL coding to ensure accuracy Support month-end close activities and reporting needs Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with AP process improvements and workflow optimization initiatives Requirements 3 years of Accounts Payable experience Hands-on SAP or similar ERP experience, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and reconciliations Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and data analysis Experience with AP automation or workflow systems Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
