Product Owner

Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional collaboration and oversee UAT and process‑improvement initiatives to support strategic objectives .

Rate Range: $45/hour to $48/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Owner job responsibilities include:

• Drive product vision and strategy by translating business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and requirements.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while coordinating multiple projects in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

• Lead UAT cycles, ensuring test planning, execution, and alignment with business expectations.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence key partners to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of product initiatives.

• Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation.

• Mitigate risks and support change management through strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective communication.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a similar role within an agile environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Proven experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, or strategic transformation efforts .

Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
