Onsite Service Engineer
Pay Rate: $24 - $26 Hourly DOE
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Position Type: Full Time

- Perform all key operational tasks—installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Use customer processes, systems and escalation paths effectively to meet contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements, while adhering to safety and risk-control requirements.
- Conduct software setup, basic analytics, and troubleshooting, providing clear reports and accurate feedback to support informed decisions and operational data collection.
- Continuously develop technical expertise through training on more complex product ranges, accurately recording service information—from notifications to work-order completion.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical the fields such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
- High School Diploma
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
