**Job Title: Vehicle Repair Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Vehicle Repair Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring post-production and service vehicles meet operational and customer standards. This hands-on position requires expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and validating electrical systems, mechanical components, and fitment quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and uphold the highest standards of vehicle quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose and repair electrical issues using multimeters, diagnostic software, and vehicle schematics.
+ Perform wire splicing, terminal replacements, and harness inspections.
+ Inspect and repair mechanical systems including suspension, steering, and drivetrain components.
+ Perform wheel alignments and verify mechanical tolerances.
+ Inspect vehicle panels, trims, and interior components for proper fitment.
+ Adjust and correct misaligned or improperly installed parts.
+ Ensure cosmetic and functional fitment meets specifications and customer expectations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5 years of experience in a related field as a maintenance technician or a graduate from an automotive electrical college.
+ Proven experience in automotive service or repair.
+ Strong knowledge of 12V vehicle architecture and diagnostic procedures.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and service manuals.
+ Skilled in using diagnostic tools and service software.
+ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
+ Valid U.S. driver's license.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Preferred High Voltage and Electrical Drivetrain Experience.
+ High School Diploma or GED.

**Work Environment**
Work in a very clean, air-conditioned, and heated environment, handling vehicles that have not been driven on the road. The shift schedule is 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, 6 days a week, which will transition into 5 days of 10-hour shifts. Flexibility for various schedules and weekend work is required. The role involves standing, walking, stooping, and bending for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs unassisted.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
