Wine Tasting Room Sales Associate

Salvatore Vineyards/Passion Cellars have three tasting rooms in the historic towns of Tombstone, Bisbee and Elgin serving award winning wine. Our tasting rooms are looking for a full-time tasting room associates to add to our team. Candidates must be dependable, reliable, charismatic, courteous & pleasant, energetic, self-motivated, and professional. Having strong sales and service experience is required. Have reliable transportation and be available and willing to work in all our Tombstone, Bisbee and Elgin tasting rooms. The position involves serving and selling wine in a fast pace environment, educating guests about wine, winemaking, and the local wine industry. All candidates must have wine knowledge and understanding. Experience in a winery or tasting room preferred. Be computer, POS literate and have the ability to perform physical duties (tidying up the tasting room, lifting cases of wine 50lbs and standing long periods). Will be asked to work alone and in a team environment, must be able to work with varying personalities. All candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous retail sales or customer service experience required- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
