What You’ll Do

• Review plans, specs, and project scope
• Perform takeoffs and build competitive bids
• Estimate labor and material costs
• Communicate with vendors for pricing
• Submit proposals and track results
• Manage RFIs and scope clarifications
• Identify and pursue new bid opportunities
• Support project setup and handoff

What You Bring

Required:

• 3–5 years electrical field experience (commercial preferred)
• 2+ years estimating experience
• Strong blueprint and plan reading skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems and materials
• Experience with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, etc.)

Bonus:

• Proven success winning commercial bids
• Familiarity with Tucson/Arizona market
• Ability to identify risks, gaps, and cost savings
• Understanding of labor productivity and job costing
