**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Observe and report any suspicious persons, activities, or hazards encountered during patrols within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
+ Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and general information while maintaining a welcoming presence.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal management and other personnel to address site-specific needs and concerns as they arise.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and security-related matters as required by site protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ A valid driver's license in the job state is required and must meet with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
