· Driving B2B sales and building strong client relationships

· Managing your territory through cold calls, prospecting, and in-person visits

· Creating target lists and following up like a pro

· Partnering with internal teams to deliver amazing staffing solutions

· Meeting and exceeding sales goals (we love high performers!)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

· MUST have staffing industry or timeshare sales experience

· Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

· Excellent written & verbal communication

· Familiarity with CRM, ATS, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms

· Customer-service mindset and results-driven attitude

· Must pass a background check and drug screen upon hire
