About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead Technician / Technical Trainer with strong experience in winder equipment to join our team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership — you’ll serve as the subject matter expert on winding systems while training and mentoring technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.

What You’ll Do
Train and mentor technicians on safe and effective operation of winder equipment.
Develop and deliver training materials, SOPs, and hands-on demonstrations.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain winding machinery and related systems.
Lead by example in technical excellence, safety, and reliability practices.
Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to implement process improvements.
Document training activities, equipment procedures, and maintenance records.
Support onboarding of new hires and upskilling of existing team members.
Serve as the first point of escalation for winding equipment issues.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of technician experience with winder equipment (manufacturing or industrial setting).
Proven background in training, mentoring, or leading technicians.
Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.
Ability to create and deliver clear, effective training materials.
Skilled in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Flexibility to work any shift depending on training needs.
