Lead Generation - Real Estate (Part time)

We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a motivated, results-driven Cold Caller to join our team.

If you're passionate about real estate, love talking to people, and have experience in cold calling (especially in real estate), this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company. Experience in foreclosures and surplus funds is a big plus.

This is a part-time role with the potential for long-term, full-time work and bi-weekly pay. We offer flexibility, bonuses, and a supportive team environment.

**Responsibilities**

Make outbound cold calls and texts to property owners

Handle warm lead follow-ups

Update and manage contacts in our CRM

Ask qualifying questions and gather seller details

Work closely with the acquisitions team to support deal flow

**What We Offer**

Pay: $6–$8/hour depending on experience

Bonuses up to $250 per closed deal

**What We're Looking For**

Real estate cold calling experience is REQUIRED

Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience

At least 6 months of real estate-specific calling

Foreclosure and surplus funds experience is a strong plus

_Clear, fluent English with little to no accent_

Confident, friendly, and professional phone demeanor

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
