Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Legal Receptionist for one of our clients located in Tucson, AZ. This is an entry-level position. The candidate will work for a Criminal Law office.

Part-Time Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Dress Code: Professional attire
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors upon arrival.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Assist clients and visitors with locating legal staff.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain business etiquette and a professional appearance.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences.
• Transcribe notes, memos, and other documents as needed.
• Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Assist with project coordination and follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish, fluent in the Northern Mexico Spanish dialect.
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Prior legal receptionist experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with legal terms, legal documents, and filing.
• Strong proofreading and typing skills for accurate data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in reception operations and administrative tasks.
