You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely, professional service while helping maintain the quality standards our company is known for.

What You’ll Do
As a Cabinet Service Technician, you'll travel throughout the Prescott Valley area to inspect, repair, adjust, and service cabinetry while providing outstanding customer service. You'll work independently to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction on every service call.
Responsibilities Include:
- Review work orders and collaborate with office personnel to optimize daily service routes throughout the Prescott Valley region
- Perform cabinet repairs, adjustments, deliveries, installations, and parts replacements as needed
- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and determine effective solutions in the field
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
- Support additional service and operational needs as assigned

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with cabinet installation, cabinet service, finish carpentry, construction, or related trades
- Knowledge of cabinet components, hardware, and repair techniques
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a valid AZ driver's license and clean MVR
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strongly Preferred
- Experience working directly with homeowners and builders
