This position is locate in beautiful Lake Havasu and will require you to relocate to this area.

We are looking for a RV Service Lead Technician/ Foreman to join our team! The RV Lead Technician / Foreman assists Service Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service shop, providing leadership, technical expertise, and support to the RV service team. This role ensures that repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is a full time opportunity working Monday to Friday in beautiful Lake Havasu City.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Manage work assignment including hourly and tech time, cause and correction documentation (description and photos), communicate to supervisors when repair time will exceed allotted time.
• Experience performing Pre-Delivery Inspections to prepare an RV for customer delivery.
• Knowledge of electrical and electrical diagnostics
• Inspect and complete battery maintenance.
• Perform generator oil changes and service.
• Basic woodworking, cabinetry and skills
• Experience inspecting, diagnosing and determining repair or replacement of all major systems and components found in an RV.
• Completing preventative maintenance on various RV components
• Experience installing RV accessories
• Perform tire & brake checks
• Understanding and compliance with OEM and vendor warranty procedures
• Basic understanding of generator operation and maintenance procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Ensure the proper use, care and storage of all tools and equipment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year pending experience
