You will work within our TechCare Operations: Blueprint team, in partnership with our servicing product and operational leaders to ensure maximum value as we execute on our TechCare Blueprint. You will work to coordinate our efforts across our data platform, analytics, and reporting functions along with active partnership with our proactive servicing and problem management efforts. **Critical focus areas include:** + Embody innovation in a global dynamic environment, accounting for changing priorities, emerging business needs, and alignment with our broader Digital Workplace strategy. + Monitoring and tracking our progress while building long term roadmaps and perspectives on changing needs within our global footprint. + Manage the team's backlog of work, coordinating intake, prioritizing with leadership, and working with the team to plan and sequence work. + Establishing and building relationships with our partners to ensure we deliver value to our stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develops the program strategy and the various enterprise-wide high-level project plans with scope and approach are fully understood by all partners + Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on objectives + Identifies and tracks key achievements and recommend adjustments to cross-functional team plans + Ensures accurate reflection of project/program budgets, forecasts and actuals with related tools + Monitors and communicates the progress of the delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues + Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the execution of the plan + Anticipates program/project risks and issues and ensures that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery + Ensures effective usage of change control procedures and processes to retain control on scope, schedule and cost + Adds to continual process improvement or re-engineering activities + Communicates with key partners with regard to program strategy direction and changes **Scope of Impact/Influence:** + Responsible for leading multiple projects or highly complex or enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects **Education & Experience:** + Ability to lead cross-functional, large/complex program or multiple programs + Ability to adapt to situations in order to quickly resolve issues and/or gain alignment + Ability to communicate with all leadership levels + Ability to effectively negotiate and influence to reach desired outcomes + Ability to use business and technical experience to identify impacts or risks and build plans to mitigate them **High-performing Behaviors:** + Ability to lead cross-functional, large/complex program or multiple programs + Ability to adapt to situations in order to quickly resolve issues and/or gain alignment + Ability to communicate with all leadership levels + Ability to effectively negotiate and influence to reach desired outcomes + Ability to use business and technical experience to identify impacts or risks and build plans to mitigate them **Knowledge/Skills:** + Requires financial acumen for representing project/program financials using internal tools as necessary + Requires solid experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects or programs + Certification requirement: Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification (e.g. Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association) **Technology Competencies:** + Adaptive Communication + Agile Practices + Industry and Company Knowledge + Organizational Change Management + Technical Acumen + Technology Industry Trends **Game Changers:** + Adaptability + Collaboration & Teamwork + Continuous Improvement + Courage + Curiosity + Ingenuity + Servant Leadership + Tenacity **Role Core Competencies:** + Functional + Financial Management + Governance and Reporting + Portfolio, Program, and Project Support + Program Management + Project Management + Leadership + Analytical Thinking + Coaching and Mentoring + Decision-Making + Executive Presence + Influence and Negotiation + Relationship Management + Business + Facilitation + Planning and Organizing **Qualifications** Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
