Recruiter

The HR Generalist-Recruiter is responsible for attracting and acquiring the best possible talent for positions serving all areas of the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing and executing on new, creative recruiting methods. In addition to recruitment the HR Generalist will be a liaison between employees and the company to provide excellent HR support. Help enforce company policies and practices while adhering to all state and federal laws related to employment and labor issues.
Essential Duties:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process including candidate sourcing, phone interviews, interview scheduling, follow up, status communication, negotiating & extending employment offers.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while maintaining and building our bench strength.
- Manage ATS applicant flow and screen potential candidates in a timely manner.
- Network through industry contacts, college/trade school contacts, association memberships, trade groups, career fairs and current employees.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions, as well as develop a pipeline of candidates ahead of hiring needs.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to present qualified resumes.
- Positively represent the organization by creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Provides HR support services for the business in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
- Coordinates and assist with company & community events and activities.
- May assist with duties related to the compensation, benefits, and HRIS
- Effectively handle manage employee relation issues in conjunction with the CHRO.
Qualifications:
Emotional Intelligence.
A combination of 7-8 years of experience as a recruiter and HR Generalist; full cycle & high-volume experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
Experience with Paycom helpful
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A passion for finding and engaging that passive candidate.
The ability to work with urgency, pivot when necessary and collaborate effectively across the enterprise.
Organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
