What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Crew Member, your job is to deliver excellence in every interaction and every meal—whether you're on the frontlines with guests or working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
Front of House (FOH)
- Greet every guest with warmth and a genuine smile
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep dining areas and drink stations clean and organized
- Deliver meals to tables and check in with guests
- Handle guest concerns with positivity and care
Back of House (BOH)
- Prepare high-quality menu items with accuracy and speed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen workspace
- Support the FOH team by executing accurate, on-time orders
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Hustle to meet service goals without sacrificing quality

While folks can vividly recall the first time they bit into a ButterBurger or tasted a scoop of rich, creamy Fresh Frozen Custard, it’s our way of welcoming guests that truly makes Culver’s delicious.
