Dealer Reconditioning Services LLC is a mobile reconditioning solution for automotive dealerships across the Phoenix Metro Area. We offer cosmetic repairs on used cars for dealerships. We are rapidly expanding and looking for technicians to perform mobile body work and paint touch-up. You must have experience in these areas to be considered.

We are currently looking for a Mobile Auto body and Paint Repair Technician to perform the following:

Paint Resprays/Blends

- Match paint colors based off paint code

- Repair scrapes and scratches, and complete minor body work on both metal and plastic panels

- Sand/blend scratches and dents, use body filler if needed, prime and block panels

- Color Theory: Match color and adjust as needed. Spray base coat, mid-coat, and clear

Paint Chip Repair (PCR)

- Clean vehicle and mix touch up paint to match

- Fill paint chips, polish scratches, and clean off paint transfer on vehicle

- Wet sand and polish deep scratches

- Headlight restoration

Work location will vary daily. Hours fluctuate daily based on workload but average 7:30am-4pm, 35-40 hours per week. All necessary tools provided. We adhere to a clean-cut professional image while serving our customers.

This position is a contract position for the first three weeks, with the ability to convert to full-time at the end of the probationary period. Base salary is based on skill level/experience starting at $26 per hour.

We offer the opportunity for career advancement and the ability to manage teams, as well as cross training for skills in PDR, glass repair, and interior repair.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
