Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, OR Experience: 3 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history 50 mile radius rule AZ drivers license to verify non local status 3+ Yrs. Experience with Total Joint & Robotics Preferred Qualifications Cerner experience preferred
