Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeper) – Weekly Pay!

Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS) is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendants to join our hospitality team! If you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Guest Room Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring hotel guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

We are recruiting for multiple Guest Room Attendants for the Housekeeping Department for our clients located throughout the Tucson areas

Hours are: 8am - 4pm - Must be able to work all days including weekend and holidays

Note: Several of these properties is not accessible by public transportation.
Qualified applicants MUST have reliable transportation to and from the client site and MUST be able to successfully pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop guest rooms and common areas
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
• Remove trash and restock supplies
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in an organized manner
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and coworkers

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Push and pull housekeeping carts
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

To be successful, you must be able to maintain cleanliness in buildings ranging from 500 to 7,000 square feet. This includes:
• Lifting tables, chairs, and beds
• Removing soiled linen bags (up to 30 lbs)
• Pushing and pulling linen carts (up to 120 lbs)
• Handling garbage and recycling
• Using cleaning chemicals
• Standing or walking for up to 8 hours with a 30-minute break

You should be able to prioritize tasks, follow assigned schedules, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A strong ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of people is essential.

Compensation
Pay: $16-17.50 per hour (Depending on location)
