Job Title: Production Worker
Type of Role: Temp to hire
Shift / Hours: Monday- Friday (6am - 430pm or 6pm - 430am)
Location: Arizona
Hourly Range: $20

The Production Team Member is a member of the Manufacturing Production Team and will be responsible for contributing to the hands-on production of Company’s world-class vehicles and/or electric vehicle powertrains. Excellent attendance is crucial for team to achieve success. They must have the ability to work with various teams across departments. They will also be required to work closely with engineering, quality, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall manufacturing process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Company and outside.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work as an integral part of the production team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operation as necessary.
• Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Move products from storage to transport vehicles efficiently.

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Job Title: Assembler

Type of Role: Temp to Hire

Shift / Hours: 1st

Location: Carrollton, TX

Hourly Range: $16-$18

Job Purpose:

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre-production projects. Works from rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components.

Nature of Duties/ Responsibilities:

Must have the ability to perform a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools and material handling equipment as needed
Initiates process improvements of assigned working area.
Education & Experience:

Requires a minimum of 1- 2 years related experience in electrical or mechanical assembly
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift and push up to 20 pounds
Able to stand all day
Able to use hand tools such as a Electric drivers
Able to work 40+ a week
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines under supervision
Read and understand prints and drawings.
