Deal Processor

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Deal Processor to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financing applications and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Retrieve and analyze credit reports to evaluate customer eligibility for financing options. - Accurately submit finance applications to lenders and review their responses, including approval terms and stipulations. - Match customers with appropriate lenders based on their credit profiles and business profitability. - Prepare, print, and organize all necessary documentation while adhering to state and federal compliance standards. - Ensure all finance-related paperwork is completed with precision and in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date with lender programs, interest rates, and approval requirements to provide accurate recommendations. - Collaborate with sales and management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes. - Handle multiple financing deals simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. - Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations. Requirements - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. - Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments as part of a team. - Knowledge of administrative processes, including receptionist duties. - Familiarity with finance and compliance regulations is a plus.
