We are seeking a mature, hands-on Procurement Specialist who takes ownership, anticipates challenges, and drives solutions. This role is critical to ensuring that every ingredient, component, and supplier supports our operational excellence and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment, taking a practical and results-driven approach
• Own supplier relationships end to end, ensuring reliability, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure all materials comply with GMP, FDA, and internal quality standards
• Actively manage inventory levels to support uninterrupted production and minimize risk
• Partner closely with R&D, Production, Quality, and Finance to support new product launches and ongoing operations
• Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and supply risks to proactively identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
• Step in when issues arise, resolve problems quickly, and implement long-term corrective actions

What We’re Looking For

• A mature professional who operates with accountability, sound judgment, and a high level of ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 1+ years of procurement or supply chain experience; food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills
• Comfortable being hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across departments
