Your New Role

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations in Tempe, AZ and surrounding areas

• Install heating and cooling systems in compliance with local codes and industry standards

• Perform brazing, nitrogen purging, leak testing, evacuation, and system charging

• Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites

• Collaborate with your team to complete installations efficiently and accurately

• Communicate jobsite updates, challenges, and improvements to leadership

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every project

• Proven HVAC installation experience in residential or light commercial environments

• Strong skills in brazing, nitrogen purging, leak testing, evacuation, and system charging

• Knowledge of refrigerant systems and HVAC installation best practices

• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and control systems during installs

• Leadership ability with experience guiding or supporting a crew

• High attention to detail with clean and professional work habits

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
