What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You will track progress, celebrate breakthroughs, and keep families updated on their child’s progress. Sessions take place in clients’ homes, so you should feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team.

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Strong communication skills and a patient, dependable attitude
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes within your service area
• ABA experience is a plus; we’ll teach you everything you need, even if you’re new to ABA
