We are seeking a highly motivated and research-driven Data Scientist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong theoretical foundation in data science and statistics, who thrives in exploring complex datasets, developing innovative feature selection techniques, and uncovering meaningful signals from high-dimensional data.

• Conduct advanced research on dimension reduction , feature selection , and signal detection techniques.
• Apply and evaluate methods such as PCA , t-SNE , UMAP , and autoencoders to extract valuable insights from large-scale datasets.
• Review and synthesize information from vast and diverse data sources to identify the most relevant and impactful data features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights and scalable solutions.
• Read and interpret technical documentation and academic literature to stay current with the latest methodologies.
• Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.

• Strong theoretical background in statistics , machine learning , and data science .
• Proven experience working in heavy data environments with the ability to hit the ground running.
• Proficiency in Python , Databricks , and Azure .
• Hands-on experience with dimension reduction and representation learning techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and drive research initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in publishing or contributing to research papers or open-source projects.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and reproducibility in research workflows.
